Is your marriage tearing you apart? Is there little or no meaningful communication? Are you considering separation or divorce? For serious marriage building and repair: Retrouvaille is a lifeline. At a Retrouvaille weekend, couples are given tools to re-establish communication, work on their issues, gain new insights and heal. The weekend is presented by three married couples and a priest. A series of 6 post sessions follow the weekend phase. The monthly Diocesan Pro-Life Mass will take place at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich on Saturday, Feb. 3 at 8:30 A.M. Please join our celebrant Rev. Walter Nagle at Mass as we pray to end abortion and for the healing for those who have had an abortion. Following the Mass, the Rosary will be prayed both at the Cathedral and Planned Parenthood.

On Sunday, February 4, 2018, the 21st Annual Mass of Thanksgiving for the Gift of Consecrated Life will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., in the Cathedral of Saint Patrick, Norwich. All are invited to join Bishop Cote in thanking God for the gift of consecrated life and for the sisters, brothers, and religious priests who enrich the Church and build up God’s Kingdom with the witness of their religious commitment. The homilist will be Father Peter Grover, O.M.V., Rector of Saint Clement Eucharist Shrine in Boston.

Because w we are in the flu season, Bishop Cote has asked us to adapt temporary safety measures. At the Sign of Peace, please do not make hand to hand contact! A glance and a kind work can convey the meaning, but not the flu virus. Holy Communion will be distributed only under the species of the consecrated host.
