The over 56 million abortions since the 1973 decisions of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton reflect the heartbreaking magnitude of what Pope Francis means by a “throwaway culture”. Even children at the earliest stages of life are seen as dispensable if they are not convenient. We are called to mark the day of the Supreme Court Decision, Roe V. Wade. Each year, there is a National March for Life in Washington D.C.

Much more importantly, people of good will take time to fast, pray and deepen their own commitment to all human life. You are invited to make Tuesday, January 22 a day of fasting and prayer.
