Summer Festival Vendor Registration

Connecticut mobile food trucks that maintain a valid local health department license and all Uncas Health District licensed food vendors are exempt from temporary food permitting fees for 1-day events. An application should still be submitted to make the District aware of the organization’s participation in the event. All commercial vendors based outside the Uncas Health District must submit a valid health department license, current inspection report and CFPM* Certificate at least one week prior to the event.
